We all experience stress in one way or the other in our day-to-day activities.

Our relationship with our spouses, supervisors, bosses, co-workers, subordinates, friends, and the likes, most time get us stressed.

One school of thought believed, Stress is “evil” and should be avoided at all cost.

Another school of thought said, Stress is “good” that every individual needs an optimum level of stress to survive in life.
